Wow, I love the PC Control System. After doing our weekly lawn ritual of mowing and weeding, I can have my PC Control by my side and do my watering. Normally on Saturday I turn the automatic feature off since I don’t want it watering when we are mowing. Then once we have finished an area, I turn that zone on with my handheld device.
This is a great feature as I can start and stop it without having to go to the garage where the main controller is. If an area looks like it needs additional water, I can take care of that too.
The handheld device looks like a two-way radio. It saves so much time when doing yard work. It is also a great way to test your heads too.
If you try turning on the handheld and it appears to not be working, then most likely you have a zone already going. Possible set to auto and you didn’t realize it.
